SFEIR CONTRACTING was founded in 1965 by Mr. Michel Sfeir as a construction company specializing in stone houses, arches, retaining walls, fences, concrete, and masonry construction. In 1982, AL SAHA trading and contracting emerged as a sister company, expanding into private residential villas, luxury apartments, and commercial and remodeling projects, including building maintenance and refurbishment of old Lebanese houses.

Our commitment to innovation and excellence led us to establish MS Design in 2012. As a sister company, MS Design oversees the Design-Build of high-end interior finishing work, as well as steel/wood design and in-house manufacturing.

Today, our three companies work together to provide high-quality, cost-effective construction solutions for a wide variety of small- to medium-sized projects. We also perform project management services for residential and commercial projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget.
